It was great seeing the Ed Sullivan Elvis takes on the big screen along with very special unseen videos chosen for this event. There was so much you just wanted to watch and take it all in. The food was delicious. We had fried chicken, collard greens with ham, sausage w biscuits & gravy, potatoe salad, peanut butter and banana sandwiches, brownies, banana pudding and chocolate cake, all of Elvis' favorite foods and recipes. It was fun creating and sharing these foods. Everyone had a great time. We also had a collection of photos to view from Tom's visits to Graceland and Elvis events. Thanks everyone for driving thru that bad storm of snow and rain to attend. Thanks for your help in setting up. This was a fun event everyone wants to do again.

Had a wonderful time. Everyone brought food in. We watched footage of Elvis from "The Ed Sullivan Show" and a few extra items from the DVD (ES talking about Elvis in the Army, Elvis & Parker's telegram welcoming the Beatles, John Byner doing his Elvis impersonation, etc.) and watched some Elvis footage from Las Vegas (1970 material filmed by MGM). Ginger made some peanut butter & banana sandwiches (using the Graceland recipe!). A wonderful event. We ought to do this one again.
