We had a great time listening to rare performances of Elvis doing what he does best! We decided to put away the Elvis cd's and mp3's, and spin some Elvis vinyl, for a change. What really was great is some of the imported Elvis vinyl which many of us had not heard before. Vinyl is what we listened to Elvis with in the past and it was great that we had, I would estimate at least 10 people, probably more, who showed up to have a great time and great food. The waitresses also were helpful and were there to get our pictures taken as a group. We need to have a meetup at the Denny's restaurant in Mentor again. Even from where I live (Rocky River) it was nearly all freeway and did not take that long to get there. We need to return there!

Everyone enjoyed our Elvis Valentine Party. Charlie and Mike set up their stereo record player. We played great Elvis LP's. A Valentine For You, Special Edition (red vinyl).Members brought their Elvis collectible albums to share; some from other countries. The albums have alot of songs you don't usually get to enjoy. We had some fun Elvis trivia games and neat prizes. We enjoyed the delicious cookie table filled with treats. It was also nice to be able to sit down at the table with our members and enjoy dinner, since I usually don't get to do that, from running around and preparing things. Thanks everyone for attending and help in decorating for our Party.
    •  It was decent. The music was great and this crowd is diverse. This group proves that Elvis continues to appeal to a wide range of people. The food was good and the service was great. I like the fact that we meet as as an organization but it is in an informal structure. Things get done...but we focus on Elvis and having a good time...things never get too serious, that would not reflect Elvis. I liked the fact that vinyl was spun...it really does sound better!
